After struggling, STRUGGLING, with perspective for SEVENTEEN YEARS it all came in a flood! I finally understand how to rule a background so it's in proportion to itself. I get what a protractor is REALLY for and how it makes finding the other vanishing, and diagonal points easy. I know how to establish measuring points so everything is proportional to it's duplicates area-wise. It's been this HUGE obstacle to doing my pages. I'd hit this wall, buckle and do ANYTHING else. I Finally figured it out! YOU DON'T KNOW THE STRUGGLE! After I saw floorplans in Andrew Loomis' "Fun with a Pencil" where he's explaining perspective to children... CHILDREN
